Erick Nevin

    Erick is an associate attorney in the firm of Foth & Foth Co., LPA, who became licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, November 2015.  He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, May 2015.   Prior, he acquired his Bachelor of Arts degree from Allegheny College, May 2012.

    As an associate with Foth & Foth, Erick represents homeowner and condominium owner associations before trial courts throughout Northeast Ohio in various civil matters, including, but not limited to, covenant enforcement cases and foreclosures cases.    


    Before becoming an Associate with Foth & Foth, Erick worked as a BSA/AML Compliance Analyst performing enhanced due diligence services to ensure financial institutions were compliant with the USA Patriot Act and Bank Secrecy Act.  Also Erick was an adjunct legal writing professor at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He also has experience as an extern in the Eighth District Court of Appeals of Ohio.

    These experiences augmented Erick’s other accomplishments while at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.  There, Erick served on the Cleveland-Marshall Moot Court Board of Governors and as an editor for the Journal of Law & Health.  He also received additional accolades for his accomplishments in legal writing.
